Step 2 – Prepare the Property

 

Use our Property Prep Checklist to get your home ready.

Declutter, clean, and make sure the home is photo-ready.

Ensure pets are secured and vehicles are moved.

 

 

Step 3 – Day of the Shoot

 

Turn on all lights and open blinds for natural light.

Final walk-through: hide last-minute items (remotes, trash bins, personal items).

Relax — we’ll take care of capturing the property in the best way possible.

 

 

Step 4 – Delivery
